Women have been conditioned to shrink down, suppress what they honestly feel, and live inside versions of themselves small enough to be accepted.
Inside EUPHORIA, women expand their capacity for visibility, expression, and being fully seen for who they truly are.
Through contemporary dance, somatic experiencing, attachment healing, touch, and storytelling, you will learn how to use your body to express emotion, truth, desire, grief, power, and human experience. You will uncover the powerful, vulnerable, fierce, sensual, playful, and bold parts of yourself that have long been hidden, silenced, or are waiting to emerge.
This is ritualistic dance theater that invites you to grow into a new version of yourself. A space where you expand your confidence, visibility, artistry, and capacity to take up space as a woman.
Ritualistic dance is the process of giving form to your emotions and human experience through movement. It asks you to become deeply present with yourself, listen to what is happening inside, and translate your sensation, emotion, memory, and truth into expression through your body.
• Develop a deeper understanding of what you honestly feel
• Move beyond overthinking by expressing yourself through the body
• Experience relief as emotion is externalized through movement instead of held inside
• Expand your capacity to be with emotions like anger, grief, power, vulnerability, joy, pride, and reverence
• Build a more trusting relationship with your emotional and instinctual self
• Increase your confidence in being seen, expressed, and emotionally honest in front of others
• Reconnect to parts of yourself that have been suppressed, hidden, or silenced
• Feel more alive, expressive, and connected to your body
• Transform self-consciousness into presence, confidence, and artistry
• Experience the power of being witnessed without needing to perform perfection

No, you do not need prior dance experience to join. However, having experience with movement practices like yoga, living an active lifestyle, and genuinely enjoying movement is important.
Part of EUPHORIA is building self-confidence, expanding your capacity to be seen, and learning how to feel safer expressing yourself in front of others. Throughout the year, you will gradually grow your edge dancing in front of troupe members and eventually an audience.
However, if you already know you are unwilling to dance in front of an audience, this is likely not the right fit for you.
EUPHORIA is not simply a dance class. It is an immersive experience that changes you from the inside out.
This is a sisterhood. A creative collective. A ritualistic and embodied artistic experience devoted to emotional expression, transformation, artistry, and performance.
Inside EUPHORIA, you are not only learning choreography. You are developing your relationship to your body, emotions, creativity, confidence, and your self-expression.
The experience includes professional performances, a dance film, artistic photo shoots, video shoots, community experiences, and deep creative collaboration that extend far beyond what you would receive in a regular dance class.
This work goes beyond the physical. It asks for emotional honesty, presence, devotion, vulnerability, and a willingness to transform through the creative process.
Women have experienced feeling more confident, expressive, emotionally honest, creatively alive, and connected to themselves. Many women expand their confidence in being seen, develop a stronger relationship with their body and instincts, and reconnect to parts of themselves that were once hidden, silenced, or suppressed.
This experience invites you to take up more space, trust yourself more deeply, and express your inner world with greater freedom, artistry, and authenticity.
EUPHORIA is a year-long committed mentorship and artistic process. Attendance and consistency are deeply important for both the collective and the performances.
Participants may miss up to:
• 2 Tuesday choreography rehearsals
• 2 Sunday somatic dance processes
Attendance is required for:
• The dance film
• Professional photo shoot
• Professional video shoot
• Theatre performances
If you are unable to attend one of the festivals or outreach performances, that is okay, but communication as early as possible is required.
If you miss a rehearsal you may not be included in that section of the choreography - this is up to the choreographer’s decision.
Many women who join EUPHORIA have never performed before. This mentorship is designed to support you in gradually building confidence, stage presence, and comfort being seen over time.
You will be guided through the process step-by-step inside a supportive and growth-oriented environment. Performance is not approached through perfectionism, but through presence, authenticity, emotional expression, and connection.
You do not need to arrive as a polished performer. You simply need openness, courage, and willingness to grow through the experience.
Yes. EUPHORIA is facilitated through a trauma-informed and nervous system-aware lens grounded in somatic experiencing, attachment healing, embodied movement, emotional expression, consent, and nervous system regulation.
This work honours pacing, choice, emotional safety, body awareness, and the importance of building trust within yourself and the group process. Participants are encouraged to move at the edge of growth without forcing, bypassing, or overwhelming themselves.
While emotional expression and transformation are deeply woven into the experience, EUPHORIA is not group therapy. It is an embodied artistic mentorship that supports women in expressing themselves more honestly, creatively, and fully through movement, ritual, and performance.
No. Due to the year-long nature of the mentorship and the level of planning, choreography, production, and commitment involved, all payments are non-refundable.
Once you are accepted into EUPHORIA and submit your deposit, you are financially committed to the full program, whether paying in full or through a payment plan.
Your commitment secures your place within the troupe.
EUPHORIA is physically engaged and involves rehearsals, choreography, performance training, and somatic movement practices throughout the year. Because of this, participants should have a foundational level of mobility and physical capacity to participate consistently in movement-based work.
That said, this is not about perfection or extreme athleticism. Modifications, pacing, and nervous system awareness are deeply respected within the process.
If you are navigating an injury, chronic pain, or mobility limitation, please share this in your application so we can explore whether EUPHORIA is an appropriate and supportive fit for you.
