Welcome to HELD, a four-month container with eight 75-minute 1:1 sessions and four monthly group embodiment practices designed to support attachment repair and nervous system rewiring through a body-based approach.

This container is for women devoted to their growth.
You’ve done therapy.
You’re reflective and aware.
And still your body stays tense, vigilant, braced. Maybe there’s autoimmune illness, chronic fatigue, or other signals telling you something must change.

• Hyper-independence has strained your relationships
• Receiving feels edgy
• You’re ready to process emotion in your body
• You long to feel soft and relaxed
• You want deep somatic work, not surface level tools
This is not introductory work.
It’s a deep container for women ready to unwind survival patterns at the level of the nervous system and attachment system.


This is a four-month, application-only container.
What’s included:
• 8, 75-minute private one-on-one sessions
• Four-month usage window
• One 75-90-minute virtual group embodiment session per month
• Three points of connection each month
• Online or in-person options for 1:1 sessions
• PDF Welcome package and journal prompts
• As needed resources for support
I do not offer single sessions and there is no 'short-term' options.
Deep change requires continuity, and safety takes time.
As safety is established, the body softens and begins to feel relaxed and embodied calm. Urgency eases. Chronic tension releases. Internal pressure fades. Symptoms like IBS, pain, and fatigue often lessen.

Sessions are experiential and person-led which means there is no cookie cutter formula for the process. We do begin with orienting to support grounding the system, them find an embodied resource to bolster the process. From there we are turning towards your body wisdom or what you desire to focus on to find resolution/repair. We work with body sensations, emotions, sound, image, meaning, self-touch, co-regulation, breath, movement, and awareness to support regulation, integration, and healing. Each session is tailored to what your system is ready for that day.

Most clients experience increased emotional regulation, stronger boundaries, deeper body awareness, reduced anxiety or shame patterns, and a greater sense of internal safety, clarity, and self-trust. The work supports lasting shifts rather than temporary relief.
